Grilled Peaches with Greek Yogurt and Balsamic Glaze

Yields: 6 servings

Ingredients:
3 ripe peaches, halved with pits removed
1 cup Greek yogurt
¼ cup balsamic vinegar glaze

Instructions:
Lightly oil a grill pan with olive oil. Heat pan over medium-high heat. When the grill is hot, you will see a small amount of smoke. Grill each peach half for 4 to 5 minutes on each side.

Arrange peaches on a plate with cut side facing up.

Place a dollop of approximately 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt in the center of each peach half. Drizzle with balsamic glaze to serve.
