1 tbsp cashew butter (or other nut butter of your choice)
1 Ryvita Fruit Crunch cracker (or several Triscuit crackers)
2 strawberries, sliced
A drizzle of honey
Spread nut butter on crackers and top with berries and honey.
Vary it! If you’re interested in a more savory snack, try swapping the nut butter and fruit for cheese and apples on the cracker, which will also provide a filling and nutritious option.
