Chia Smoothie

Ingredients

1 teaspoon chia seeds
½ cup almond, cashew or light coconut milk
½ cup ice cubes
1-2 teaspoons lime juice
½ banana
½ cup pineapple, chopped
Water, as needed

Directions:

Stir chia seeds with ¼ cup milk; allow to sit so the chia seeds soften slightly (approximately 30 minutes). Place other ingredients in a food processor or blender and combine. Add water, if necessary, to blend. Add chia and milk mixture; pulse until combined.
