Yields 4 servings
1-2 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. dried tarragon leaves
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
4 salmon filets (about 4 ounces each)
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
In a small bowl, combine the butter, lemon juice, tarragon and garlic powder. Set aside.
Slightly grease a baking dish or spray with cooking spray. Then place the salmon filets in the dish. Pour the butter mixture over the salmon.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the fish flakes with a fork. Serve immediately.
Note: Cooking temperatures and times can vary based on the thickness of the fish filets. Generally, 10 minutes of cooking per inch is required.
