Our mousse is actually made with avocados! Tickle your taste buds with the creamy, chocolatey taste you love plus a big boost of nutrition!

Faux-Mousse Dessert


  • 2 very ripe large avocados
  • 4 ounces 70% cacao baking chocolate, melted*
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/3 cup agave nectar
  • 1 Tablespoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of fine sea salt


In a food processor, combine the avocados, melted chocolate, cocoa powder, agave nectar, almond milk, vanilla, cinnamon and a pinch of salt.  Puree until creamy.  Spoon the mousse into 4 small ramekins and chill for at least 1 hour.
