Fresh Strawberry Salsa

Yields 4 servings

2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and finely diced
2 kiwifruits, finely diced
3/4 cup pineapple, finely diced
1 jalapenos, stem and seeds removed, finely diced
1/2 cup red onion, finely diced
3 Tbsp. lime juice
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper, freshly ground


After dicing all of the fresh fruits and vegetables, combine them in a bowl and add the lime juice, sea salt and black pepper. Let ingredients marinate in the refrigerator for 15 minutes before serving. Serve with baked tortilla chips or top your favorite protein with the salsa.
