Fresh Tomato Salsa

Ingredients

8 tomatoes, finely diced
1 & 1/2 red onions, finely diced
1/2 c. cilantro, chopped
1 jalapeno, seeded, finely chopped
2 T. lime juice
1 T. extra-virgin olive oil
Kosher salt to taste
White pepper to taste

Instructions

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Set for 2 hours and serve.
