Fruit Salsa

1 Granny Smith apple, finely diced
10 strawberries, finely diced
2 kiwis, finely diced
1 cup pineapple chunks, finely diced
½ cup mandarin oranges, finely diced
2 tbsp strawberry preserves
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp lemon juice



Put lemon juice and apple in a Tupperware container. Cover and shake until apples are well coated in juice. This is to prevent browning of apples.

Place strawberries, kiwis, pineapple, and oranges in a medium bowl and add apple/lemon juice mixture. Mix in strawberry preserves and lime juice.

Cover and chill for two hours before serving.
