Healthy Hot Cocoa

Ingredients

½ cup almond milk
½ cup coconut milk
2 tbsp. turbinado sugar
1 tbsp. unsweetened all-natural cocoa powder
¼ tsp all-natural vanilla extract
1/8 tsp. all-natural coconut extract

Directions

Combine milk, sugar, and cocoa in a small saucepan. Heat to a steamy simmer (do not boil as this can turn your chocolate bitter). Remove from heat and stir in flavorings.

Serve with a small dollop of coconut whipped cream and a sprinkle of coconut chips.
