Yields 4 servings
1 lb. kale, stemmed and torn into pieces
4 tbsp. of garlic-infused olive oil
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Toss all ingredients in a bowl. Line kale evenly on a baking sheet.
Bake for 6-8 minutes.
Tip: watch closely to make sure chips are not burning as these can cook quickly. For an extra flavor boost, try lightly sprinkling some grated Parmesan or Romano cheese on the kale prior to baking.
