1 ½ pounds Brussels Sprouts, Cleaned
2 Tbsp Pure Olive Oil or Canola Oil
2 tsp Fine Sea Salt
1 tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper
3 Tbsp High Quality Whole Grain Mustard
2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, toss Brussel sprouts, oil, salt and pepper until well combined. Lay flat onto a baking sheet, and roast in the oven for 13-15 minutes, until slightly caramelized on the outside and tender inside.
In the same large bowl, whisk the Extra Virgin and the mustard until well combined. Toss the roasted Brussel sprouts until well coated and serve.
