No-bake Energy Bars

Yields 16 bars

2 cups quick cooking oat meal
1/2 cup almonds
2/3 cup dried cranberries
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup of organic almond butter
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup apple sauce
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
2 tsp. vanilla


Mix all ingredients together. Press the mixture into a lined and oiled sheet pan. Refrigerate until firm, or overnight, before cutting into bars.


Nutrition (per serving): 192 calories; 9 g fat; 27 g carb; 3 g fiber; 16 g sugar; 4 g protein
