Sauteed Green Beans with Onion

Yields 5 3-oz. portions

Ingredients
3/4 lb. fresh green beans
1/2 c. organic onion, chopped
2 tbsp. olive oil
Kosher salt, to taste
White pepper, to taste

Directions

Place beans into a steamer and cook until tender.

While beans are cooking, sauté onions in olive oil until golden brown.

Toss beans and onions together and season with salt and pepper.
