Ingredients for Dip:
3/4 cup plain fat-free organic yogurt
1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon finely chopped seeded jalapeño pepper
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 ripe peeled avocados, seeded and coarsely chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 cup low fat organic sour cream
Place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender, and process until smooth. Place in small bowl, leveled. Add sour cream to zip lock bag and cut a very small corner of the bag. Carefully pipe a thin circle of sour cream, starting in the center, working your way outward an inch apart. Beginning with the center, gently pull a knife through circles toward the outer edge. Wipe the knife clean and repeat till done.
Ingredients for Chips:
1 bag of whole wheat soft tortillas or soft tortilla of your choice
Spray olive oil
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cut spooky Halloween shapes from tortillas with cookie cutters. Spray tortillas with olive oil and arrange in a single layer on baking sheets. Lightly sprinkle with garlic powder. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until crisp and very lightly browned. Remove from oven and cool completely before serving.
