Triple Antioxidant Yogurt Popsicles

Yields 12 servings

Ingredients
1 cup strawberries
1 cup blackberries
1 cup blueberries
2 cups vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup orange juice
1 tbsp. honey

Instructions
In a blender or food processor, combine all the ingredients and process until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.

Pour the mixture into 12 popsicle forms (that hold at least 4 oz. each), following the product’s instructions. Freeze for at least 3 hours before serving.
