Vietnamese Grilled Chicken

4 boneless chicken breast halves, skilled if desired
¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
1 tsp. minced garlic
¼ tsp. black pepper
2 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. fresh lime juice


Prepare grill for grilling. Place chicken in shallow dish or plate. Combine soy sauce, garlic and black pepper in measuring cup. Pour over chicken, turning to coat. Let stand for 15 minutes. Combine honey and lime juice in small bowl until blended; set aside. Place chicken on grill over medium coals; brush with some of the marinade remaining in dish. Grill over covered grill 5 minutes. Brush chicken with half of honey mixture. Grill 5 minutes more or until chicken is cooked through.
